Montis Announces The Appointment of Mark Bosquet

17th January 2024: Montis, the digital financial market infrastructure (dFMI) group which provides the post-trade services needed for digital securities to reach their full potential, is pleased to announce the expansion of its senior management team with the appointment of Mark Bosquet as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, based in Luxembourg. 

With three decades of experience in Central Securities Depositary (CSD) businesses and the securities industry generally, gained in Europe and Asia, Mark brings a wealth of expertise to his new role and to the DLT-based CSD application submitted by Montis in Luxembourg. 

Subject to regulatory approval, Bosquet is expected to take on the role of Conducting Officer at Montis Digital SA. In this role, he will establish and oversee compliance and risk management programs while managing relationships with regulators for matters pertaining to compliance and risk. 

An industry veteran, Mark has held senior positions in product development, risk and compliance at Clearstream and Deutsche Börse in Luxembourg and Singapore, having previously gained valuable operational experience at JP Morgan in Brussels and London. More recently, Mark undertook the dual role of Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at ID2S, the DLT-based CSD in Paris.
